At Hostonik, we strive to offer transparent and customer-focused cancellation terms. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the client dashboard or by contacting our support team for smooth processing.
Hosting Services: Cancellations made within the first 7 days of service activation are eligible for a full refund as per our refund guidelines. After 7 days, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable once processed.
Custom Development & One-Time Services: Once resources are allocated and development has started, cancellations may incur charges based on the amount of work completed. No refunds will be issued after final project delivery or deployment.
Auto-Renewal Services: All active services renew automatically by default. To avoid auto-renewal charges, customers must disable or cancel the service at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
