Refund Policy

At Hostonik, we aim to provide fair and transparent refund terms. Refund eligibility varies based on the type of service purchased. All refund requests must be submitted through our support system.


Hosting Services: Eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 7 days of service activation. Refunds are not provided after the 7-day period or for partial usage.


Domain Services: Domain purchases, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once the order has been processed by the registrar, as these are third-party controlled.


Custom Development & Digital Services: Once a project has started, refunds are issued only if no significant work has been completed. After delivery or deployment, no refunds will be provided.


Service Renewals: Renewals are non-refundable. Customers must cancel services at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.


Promotional Offers: Services purchased under discounts, coupons, or special promotional rates are not eligible for refunds.
